Seating NotesOrchestra Level
Row S is our special needs seating row. Seats number S1 and S2 are actual theatre seats, leaving seats S3, S5, & S7 and S4, S6, & S8 as open spaces for wheelchairs. Access to the Orchestra Level is obtained by an elevator in the Lower Lobby.
Due to an ill-placed pole, Row O Seat 107 has a completely obstructed view. Other seats with partially obstructed views include H2, M8, R4 on Orchestra Left and H1, M7, R3 on Orchestra Right.
If presenters choose to bring in their own sound system, the only place to provide adequate space is in the Special needs row on Orchestra Right (S1, S3, S5, S7). The lone chair is pulled leaving the row open for necessary personnel, sound board, etc.
Balcony Level
The difference between Balcony and Orchestra Levels is the amount of space. The Orchestra levels offers more leg room (space between the rows) than the Balcony Level.
There is no special needs access to the Balcony or Upper Balcony Levels.
Upper Balcony
he Upper Balcony has stadium-style, bleachers or bench seating.
The specifications for that area detail that is approved to accommodate
50 adult males.
Box Seating
There are Box Seats on the left and the right side of both the Orchestra and Balcony Levels. The view from these seats offers patrons direct sight-lines into the backstage area, including the wings and flys. Therefore, these seats are used at the presenter's discretion. Access to the boxes from backstage is easily obtained if a presenter chooses to make these areas part of the performance space, or sectioned off for extra technical equipment. If a presenter chooses to utilize these areas for seating, they are each equipped with four chairs. Two of the chairs in each Orchestra Level Box can be substituted for wheelchair access.
Seating Capacity
There are 276 seats on the Orchestra Level, plus 4 seats for special
needs.
There are 150 seats on the Balcony Level.
The Upper Balcony can comfortably seat 50 adult males.
The Box Seats can accommodate 8 people (4 per box)
