Restrooms

Restrooms are available on all three floors of the Morton Theatre. The restrooms in the lobby and the balcony level are handicap accessible. The restrooms in the lobby are also equipped with changing tables.


Elevator

The main elevator services the Lobby and the Balcony levels of the theatre. Additionally there is a small wheelchair lift that operates between the Lobby and the Pharmacy.


Assisted Listening Devices

Using a free smartphone app guests are able to connect to the Listen EVERYWHERE system allowing them to enjoy the performance through their own headphones and earbuds. The app is available for Android or iOS Additionally the Morton Theatre offers an FM transmitted audio clarification device for patrons with hearing impairments. Both options are offered for free.


Accessible Seating

Tickets for accessible seating are available upon request but are subject to availability. The Morton Theatre is happy to offer a variety of solutions for patrons with accessibility needs and their companions. Accessible Parking

The nearby Washington St. Parking deck features a large section of accessible parking and an elevator serving all levels. Additionally, there is one handicap accessible on-street parking spot in front of the Morton Theatre on Washington St.


Public Transportation Accessibility

The Morton Theatre is a five minute walk from the Arch on UGA campus, a common stop for UGA and Athens-Clarke County bus systems. For more information see: ACC Transit and UGA Bus System.


Box Office & Ticket Purchasing

The Box Office is open Monday-Friday 12-4 PM and is located at 195 W. Washington St. Athens, GA. The Box Office is also open one hour before any scheduled show time. Tickets can be bought by phone at 706-613-3771. Tickets can also be purchased anytime via Morton Theatre’s Tix site.
